How You Can Help
Climate change doesn’t only affect ecosystems — it disrupts lives.
In regions increasingly impacted by extreme heat, flooding, and unpredictable weather, many migrant farm workers are forced to move frequently in search of stable work. As a result, their children often lack a permanent home, consistent schooling, and a sense of security.
For many of these children, hostels and community homes become their only stable environment — a place of safety amid constant movement.

In response, I began a small but deeply meaningful initiative.
Over the past year, I hand-crocheted and donated 50+ stuffed animals to children living in a hostel for the children of migrant farm workers in Gujarat, India — many of whom have been directly affected by climate-related displacement.
Each toy was designed and crafted by hand, intended to provide comfort, familiarity, and a sense of care for children navigating instability at a young age.
